About Me

Hey there! I’m Lyndsay, and I’m a passionate leader in the gaming and esports industry, with a journey that began during a transformative period in my life. Due to being born with spina bifida, I underwent a major spinal surgery in 2015, which took three years of relearning to walk again. During that time, I found my calling in the gaming and esports world, and I’ve been making waves ever since.

Today, I’m the Product Manager of Communities & Associations at DreamHack, where I spearhead initiatives that drive accessibility, inclusivity, and community engagement at some of the biggest gaming festivals in the world. My role has expanded from Partnership Integration to overseeing a wide array of responsibilities, from curating the largest Artist Alley and Indie Playground to pioneering accessibility efforts across North America. I also manage charity efforts, cosplay and drag activations, and ensure smooth integrations for communities and organizations.

What does all of this mean for you? It means I bring a wealth of experience, a deep understanding of community-building, and a relentless drive to create environments where everyone can thrive. Whether it’s strategizing for a major event, managing complex partnerships, or driving innovative accessibility solutions, I’m here to make a lasting impact.

I’m always open to new opportunities, whether it’s collaborating on a groundbreaking project or offering my expertise to help your brand or event succeed.
